If you are starting to notice your head jutting forward, or your shoulders rounding, it’s time to take charge to reverse the trend! As these changes progress, it creates excessive stress on your neck, shoulders, arms and more. In this workshop we will explore simple strengthening exercises and yoga poses for your upper back which can, over time and with consistent practice, reverse or limit upper back rounding. We will end the workshop with chest-opening relaxation poses you can practice at home.
