Go deeper with our workshops

Turavita workshops dive deep into a topic to help you move toward better health and vitality, using the many tools of yoga including mindful movement, breathing, meditation and more. Most sessions begin with background and research to help you understand the topic more fully. Then we offer an experiential practice to explore these ideas within your own body, with the goal of increasing your personal capacity to heal. Each workshop will be followed up with a written yoga sequence for you to continue your practice at home.

For most workshops, class size is limited to 20 students for a more interactive and personalized experience. Active monthly pass holders get 15% off at checkout! (Limit 2 discounted tickets per active pass holder per event. Bring a friend!)
